Terms of Service
Effective date: June 1, 2026. These Terms govern your use of Wesley Insider at wesleyinsider.com and the WIN Network app, operated by Wesley Joseph Co.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Wesley Joseph Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of wesleyinsider.com, the WIN Network app, our membership program, our email communications, and any related services we offer (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of the Services
Wesley Insider is an editorial publication and member community for builders, operators, and faith-driven leaders. The Services include editorial articles, the WIN Network app, paid membership tiers, a community space, events, and a job board. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership. You agree to provide accurate information when you register, to keep your account information up to date, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Membership tiers and billing
We offer paid membership tiers billed as auto-renewing quarterly subscriptions. Payment is processed by Stripe. By starting a paid membership, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method at the then-current price for the tier you selected, plus any applicable taxes.
Memberships automatically renew at the end of each quarter unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until then.
Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing or features for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
If a charge is declined or reversed, we may suspend access to paid features until the issue is resolved.
5. Community rules
The community spaces and any user-facing channels we provide are for thoughtful, respectful discussion. You agree not to:
- Post spam, advertising, or unsolicited promotional content.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against other members.
- Post content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent, sexually explicit, or that incites violence.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute community content without permission.
- Interfere with the Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or circumvent security or rate limits.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, in our reasonable discretion.
6. Events
We may host in-person and virtual events for members and the public. Tickets, registrations, and access for paid events are governed by the specific event description in addition to these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, event purchases are non-refundable. We may reschedule or cancel events for reasons including low attendance, venue changes, safety, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel an event, we will provide a refund or credit for tickets purchased through us.
By attending an event, you agree to follow venue rules, the community rules above, and any additional code of conduct we publish for the event. You also grant us permission to use photos and video taken at the event in our editorial coverage unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
7. Job board
Our job board lets companies post open roles and lets members view and apply to them. Listings are provided by the posting company, not by us. We do not verify the accuracy of listings or the identity of posters, and we are not a party to any employment relationship between members and employers.
If you post a listing, you represent that the role is legitimate, complies with applicable employment laws, and does not discriminate unlawfully. We may remove listings that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the spirit of the community.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post or submit through the Services (your "Content"). By submitting Content, you grant Wesley Joseph Co. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and distribute that Content as part of operating and promoting the Services.
You represent that you own or have the rights to the Content you submit, that it does not violate the rights of others, and that it complies with these Terms. We may remove Content at our reasonable discretion.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, including the editorial articles, brand, logo, design, and software, are owned by Wesley Joseph Co. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
10. Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties including Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Apple, and Google. The Services may also link to third-party sites or include third-party content. We are not responsible for third-party services, sites, or content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Editorial content is provided for general information and is not professional legal, financial, medical, or other advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the Services.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wesley Joseph Co. and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wesley Joseph Co. and its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and may cancel a paid membership in your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if continued provision is not commercially reasonable, or if required by law.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on Your content, Intellectual property, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, and Governing law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute that is not subject to a separate arbitration agreement is the state and federal courts located in Tennessee, and you and we consent to personal jurisdiction there.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify members by email or through a notice on the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
