Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 1, 2026. This policy applies to Wesley Insider at wesleyinsider.com and the WIN Network app, operated by Wesley Joseph Co.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Wesley Joseph Co. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit wesleyinsider.com, use the WIN Network app, subscribe to our emails, become a member, apply as a contributor, or otherwise interact with us.

By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. About us

Wesley Insider and the WIN Network app are operated by Wesley Joseph Co., a company organized in the State of Tennessee. Our contact information for privacy matters is in the Contact section at the end of this policy.

3. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identity and contact information. Your name, email address, and any other contact details you provide when you create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, apply as a contributor, or contact us.
  • Business information. Information about your company, role, industry, and similar professional details you choose to share when you register for membership, apply to be featured, or submit a business listing.
  • Payment information. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. We retain transaction metadata such as the amount, date, last four digits of the card, and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers needed to administer your membership.
  • Usage and device information. Pages you visit, content you interact with, approximate location based on IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and referring URLs, collected through standard server logs and limited analytics.
  • Communications. Messages you send us through email, the contact form, or in-app channels, along with our responses.

4. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and operate membership services, including authenticating accounts, delivering paid features, processing payments through Stripe, and supporting the WIN Network app.
  • Send transactional and editorial emails through Resend, including receipts, account notices, newsletter content, event invitations, and Feature article previews to interview subjects.
  • Review and process contributor applications, Feature interviews, and business listing submissions.
  • Measure how the services are used, diagnose problems, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve our content and product.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers and platforms that help us operate the services, and only for those operational purposes.

  • Supabase for database and authentication.
  • Stripe for payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Resend for transactional and marketing email delivery.
  • Apple for distribution of the WIN Network iOS app and in-app purchase processing where applicable, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.
  • Google for distribution of the WIN Network Android app where applicable, in accordance with Google Play terms, and for limited analytics.
  • Legal disclosures. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wesley Joseph Co., our members, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Wesley Joseph Co. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, member information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure how the services are used, and understand which content resonates. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect your ability to use parts of the services.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as you maintain an active account or subscription, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. Billing records retained by Stripe follow Stripe's own retention practices.

8. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your information:

  • Access. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction. Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Deletion. Request deletion of your account and associated personal information. In the WIN Network app, you can delete your account directly from your account settings. You can also email us at the address below.
  • Opt out of marketing. Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send. Transactional messages related to your account or active subscription may continue to be sent.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.

11. International users

We operate from the United States. If you access the services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using the services, you consent to this transfer.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify members by email or through a notice on the site. Your continued use of the services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
